• 1-hour live screen sharing session with training based on what you would like to be trained on. Some common examples are theme setup, SEO, settings (payments, shipping, taxes, etc.), image selection, app selection, marketing tips, etc.
• A recording of the session straight to your email after the session with follow up pointers, training and notes about what was discussed.

You will receive an email titled "Let's Get to Work! 😄" to book your call after purchase. Be sure to double-check your spam folder in case you don't see it! 

Please note: Sessions are non-refundable and must be used within 90 days of purchase. If you cannot make your scheduled time, please provide 24 hours notice and email us at hello@melissapaterson.com. Unused sessions will expire after 90 days. If you are more than 5 minutes late for your reserved training time your session will be canceled. There are no refunds or rescheduling for missed/late appointments. Please ensure your computer has video and audio capabilities. Feel free to test the Zoom link you receive at any time!
