My pricing is listed in USD because most of my clients are international.
But I’m Canadian too, and I’m not making fellow Canadians eat the exchange rate.
If you're in Canada, reach out before purchasing, and I’ll send you a custom link that reflects Canadian pricing. The charge will still process in USD (because… software), but your rate will be adjusted so you’re paying the equivalent, not the inflated version.
I try to make it as fair as possible for everyone.
I’m Canadian, do I really have to pay the USD exchange rate?
You may choose a February start instead of January as long as you notify me before Dec 31.
Beyond that point, no changes.
Can I reschedule my month?
Then you’re actually perfect for this.
I’ll set up the foundation correctly so you’re not “guessing forward” for the next three (or ten) years.
What if I’m brand new and have no list?
Not inside this offer. This is for your newsletter only.
If you want a launch sequence later, we can talk about it as a separate project if it is a fit for both of us. I don't currently offer this.
Do you write sales emails or launch sequences?
Short answer: no, and this is intentional.
This offer isn’t a co-writing arrangement or a back-and-forth editing process; it’s a Takeover.
My job is to write strategically, clearly, and in your brand voice, not wait for edits or stall momentum. You’re hiring me precisely so you don’t have to agonize, revise, or delay. AKA Eggnog-brain begone.
You can read the emails once they’re scheduled, and you will receive a walkthrough so you understand the choices I made and how to continue on your own.
This keeps the workflow fast, clean, and results-focused, and ensures you don’t become the bottleneck.
Do I get to approve the emails before they go out?
Your timeline shrinks fast.
I can’t start until I have what I need. You’ll get a Google form after checkout, which takes 10–15 minutes to complete.

If you delay:
- After Feb 1: your 4-email sequence may be shortened
- After Feb 15: I cannot guarantee more than 1 email
- After Feb 28: there will not be enough time to complete anything. You effectively forfeit your payment.
Delays are on you and not refundable.What happens if I delay sending my materials?
If I were ever unable to complete the work due to something unexpected, you’d receive a full refund.
I don’t expect this to happen, but I like clear agreements. Don't you?
What if you can’t deliver?
Let me know before December 31, and I’ll move your start date to February 2026.
After that, your spot is locked to the month you booked.
(You can’t roll it forward indefinitely; this keeps the project clean for both of us.)
What if something comes up and I can’t start in January?
I guarantee:
- Your newsletter will be set up properly
- I will write four strategically designed emails, written in your voice (unless you delay)
- You will walk away with a system you can confidently run on your own.
What I don’t guarantee:
- Specific sales outcomes
- Subscriber growth
- That your entire life will change because you finally sent a newsletter (that part is on you 😉)
Is there a guarantee?
No. Because once you purchase, I immediately reserve your spot, block your time in my calendar, and begin preparing your setup. This is a done-for-you service with limited availability; refunds don’t make sense here.

Do you offer refunds?
Within 7–10 days of you giving me everything I need (starting January 2, 2026)
I won’t rush the foundation, but I do move fast.
How long from when I give you my stuff until my first email goes out?
Because this needs to feel sharp, fun, and finite (for me, so I can deliver you the best results).
Why only four spots?
Perfect. Then we prime. Email is for way more than just selling.
What if I'm not selling anything right now?
I can work in any standard email platform (Flodesk, Kit [ConvertKit], Mailerlite, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, etc.).
If yours is particularly obscure or custom, ask. If it’s truly unusable, I’ll tell you upfront if it's a no-go zone for me.
What platforms do you work with?
As early as Jan 2, 2026, depending on when you submit your materials.
I move quickly once everything is in my hands, then we begin.
As soon as your materials arrive and access is given, I can typically have your first email ready within 5-7 business days.
If you book early and submit materials early, it's likely your first email will be ready the first week of January.
All projects must be completed by March 1, 2026.
This is a firm boundary, so I don’t spend half a year chasing logins (I’ve lived that nightmare; never again)
When does the work actually start?
Yes. I don’t write “copy.” I write in your voice, not mine.

Will it sound like me?
Nope. That’s not what this is. You get 30 days of me doing the stuff you've been putting off for ages, one makeover, one handoff, not a new employee.
